Lately I have been all about Crock Pots. Its a simple way to make a healthy delicious meal. This morning I used a pork roast, cut up 1 white onion, 2 small yams and a can of stewed tomatoes. I started it on Low about 8 o'clock this morning and it should be ready to eat at about 4:30pm.
Of course this is the before picture.
I always use a simple seasoning. This time I used garlic salt.
Staples I usually have on hand are brown onions, bell peppers, celery and stewed tomatoes. Usually this combination with any type of meat works great, weather is is beef, pork or chicken.
